YallaParking is the UAE's leading marketplace for private parking space. We are a growing startup that aims to eradicate parking issues for drivers, offices, businesses, service providers, retail and F&B outlets and fleet managers. We want to make parking simple, easy and affordable by making parking allocation more efficient.

How long can I rent a parking space for?

Through our website YallaParking (www.yallaparking.com) you can book a monthly recurring subscription or you can book on an annual basis. On all of our 'long term spaces', there is 24/7 access. 

Our YallaParking Mobile Application allows drivers to park on demand either Hourly or Daily.

Cancellation & Refund Policy.

At YallaParking, we aim to provide fairness to both our drivers and parking partners. Implementing a fair cancellation and refund policy sets us apart from other providers and has helped us become the No. 1 trusted parking platform, in the Middle East.

Renting A Space

We've been working hard to make renting a parking space from YallaParking as easy as possible. 

How Do I Request A Parking Space?

To rent a parking space just follow these simple steps;
  1. Create a YallaParking Account
  2. Search for your perfect space in a specific tower or area
  3. Click "More Info" on the listing and fill out the form;
    1. Select your desired contract type;
      1. Monthly Recurring Subscription or;
      2. Annual
    2. Select a start date.
    3. Input your payment details.
    4. Select or input the car details. 
    5. Click "Book This Space" and confirm your request.

Once you've done this your request will be generated and sent to the owner. Don't worry, you won't get charged until your booking request has been accepted by the Owner or you have the access card and have started using the parking space. 

I've Requested A Space, What Next?

Once you have confirmed your booking request, the owner will be notified and have the option to either accept or reject your request. We aim to have all bookings accepted within 24 hours but on the odd occasion, it can take a little longer.

Once your booking has been accepted, it is confirmed & the payment will be deducted. You will receive a booking confirmation receipt email with instructions of how you will be able to get the access card. There are two options;

 

  1. The access card will be delivered to you free of charge, one of our team will get in touch with you to arrange the best location & time.

  2. You can collect it directly from the tower, if this is possible there will be instructions of how within your booking confirmation email.

 

Over 80% of the spaces listed on YallaParking are owned directly by the property developer, hotel or carpark operator. If you have booked in one of these locations, your booking will be accepted right away. If there are only one or two spaces available in a tower then it is probably from an individual owner, these bookings take a bit longer to be accepted or rejected (between 24 - 48 hours on average). How Do I Get My Access Card?

Once you have completed your booking request & it has been accepted, you will receive an email booking confirmation receipt with instructions of how you will be able to get the access card. There are two options;

 

  1. The access card will be delivered to you free of charge, one of our team will get in touch with you to arrange the best location & time.

  2. You can collect it directly from the tower, if this is possible there will be instructions of how within your booking confirmation email.

Can I Cancel My Parking Space Rental?

You can cancel your parking subscription anytime from your dashboard. Your booking however, will not be considered cancelled until we have arranged your access card return (if applicable). 

 

Monthly Subscription - Once you have cancelled your subscription it will not renew again. If you have an access card, we will be in touch to arrange collection on the last day of your booking. Once the access card has been returned & verified, we will refund your deposit back to the card you used to make the original booking. If you did not require an access card, you don’t need to do anything.

If you forget to cancel your subscription and it renews, we offer a refund within the first 24 hours of the renewal. 

Yearly Subscription - Once you have cancelled your subscription, we will work out your pro-rata refund. One of our team will be in touch to confirm this & arrange access card collection.

How Do I Give My Access Card Back?

Once your booking comes to an end or if you have cancelled your booking, we will be in touch to arrange returning the access card.

If your access card was delivered to you by us, we will arrange for the card to be collected again. There is a standard AED 25 courier charge for access card collection, this fee will be deducted from your deposit.

If you collected your access card directly from the tower, you will most likely be able to drop it off at the same location.

If you would prefer us to collect the access card then please send us an email to
bookings@yallaparking.com and one of our team will be in touch to arrange. We can collect from any location in the city & our delivery team work between midday & 10 pm.

How Do I Get My Deposit Back?

Once you have returned your access card, we will do a check to ensure that it is the same card & it is in working order. As soon as this has been done we will issue a refund back to the card used to make the original booking & send you an email to let you know it has been done.


It normally takes 3 - 5 days to arrive depending on which bank you use, the refunded balance can show up on your statement as either “YallaParking Internet FZ-LLC” or “Checkout MENA”. 


Can I Pay In Cash?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we only accept credit/debit card payments for hourly, daily and monthly subscriptions.

 

If you are booking a yearly subscription, we offer credit/debit card payments along with bank transfer & cheque options. Please select this option at checkout & a member of our team will be in touch to arrange.

 

Please note; there will be an AED 25 charge for cheque collection.

Can I Change My Car Once I Book?

Yes, we totally understand that you may want to switch your cars. If it is a temporary switch then please just add the 2nd vehicle to your YallaParking profile by clicking here.

 

If you are permanently changing the vehicle registered then please edit the old vehicle information from your YallaParking profile & click save. This will update the building to ensure there are no problems with access in the future.

Can I Pause My Parking Space Rental?

We apologise for any inconvenience, but we currently do not offer the option to pause a rental.

We would advise you to cancel the booking & then try to re-book your spot when you return from your trip.

Listing A Space

If you have a parking space, parking spaces or operate a car park, why not list it on YallaParking for free and start making money from it! 

Please note if you are tenant in a building, you will need your landlords permission to rent your parking space. We would also recommend checking with your building management to see if it is against any community rules. 

Is It Free To List A Space?

Absolutely, it is completely free to list your space. 

YallaParking works on a revenue share basis, so we only earn money when you do. When your parking space is rented we split the fee 70% for you, 30% for us. 

How Do I List My Space?

It's easy!

  1. Register with YallaParking 
  2. Go to your dashboard and click "List a space"
  3. Enter the details, availability and price you want to charge.
  4. Click submit. 

Once you have submitted a space our team will check the details and either push it live to be booked or give you a quick call to ask some further questions.

Who Sets The Price?

We leave it to our owners to set their own price. 

We can and will provide you with a guide price if you need, or if you set a price that is not right for your area. 

We aim to work with our owners, to make sure that our YallaParking spaces have the best chance of getting rented. 

When Do I Get Paid?

If you are an individual owner we pay you within the first 7 working days of the next month. 

If you are a corporate user or carpark owner or operator, we will send you your monthly parking report in the first 7 working days of the next month, which you can use to create a Tax invoice. 

Can I Charge A Deposit For My Access Card

We hold a standard deposit for all key cards of AED 250. This is safely held in our vault (Think Gringotts) and returned to the user only when they have given back the access card, or not, in which case, we pass the deposit over to you.

Why Does YallaParking Hold The Deposit?

In order to ensure a fair, regulated marketplace and above all make the entire process as easy and fluid for our users as possible, all access card deposits are held by YallaParking until the booking is complete.

How Will I Be Notified If I Get A Booking Request?

When you receive a booking, you will receive a notification via email and you will be able to review to booking details on your YallaParking dashboard. You will have the option to accept the booking, or decline if you now feel like holding on to your beloved spot in the basement for a little while longer. 


Once you have accepted we will arrange the collection of the access card (if required). 

Can I Cancel An Ongoing Rental?

What is the difference between the YallaParking Mobile Application and the Website?

There won't be a difference very soon, but in the meantime;

Drivers can use our YallaParking mobile application to find parking available for hourly and daily use!

Website;
Drivers and businesses can use our website to find parking available on a monthly or yearly basis. 

How do I use the YallaParking Mobile Application;

You will need to register with an account by entering your details, credit or debit card details, car information and snapping a picture of your emirates ID (front and back). 

Once you have done this you will be a validated YallaParking user and you are free to use the network of YallaParking parking spaces.

I've found my space; How do I ENTER and EXIT the Parking Lot?

Entering and exiting the YallaParking parking spaces using the mobile application, couldn't be easier; 

All you have to do is locate the parking warden at the barrier and scan his QR code when entering and exiting the building.
